I have several e-bike and e-scooter but now the Swift is my favorite one.
At first unfold, it got stuck!! But after a closer look, I saw the zipties inside the hinge opening got loose and was caught in between the halves. After pushing the zipties into the channel, it works fine.
I read the review and was suprised that no one mentioned the 7 speed which works so smooth like a dream.
Now second problem that has to do with my right foot position that caused the arm hit sometime. And since the stock pedals were so hard to fold because the springs are too strong. I replaced them with a better one but the arm hitting with my right heel didn’t go away. So I bought the pedal shaft extensions to solve this.
I also adjusted the front axle which seemed too tight, so a quarter turn back off the locking nuts did the job.
I also wish disconnecting the battery plug could be easier because bending down to press the release tab is not easy. The Swift has no App but that is fine.
I use it in the city but kept going farther and farther because I enjoy the ride so much.
The reflection on the tire sidewall is a nice touch, looking good during the day and serve the purpose at night.
I was thinking of relocating the throttle to the right side just like all if my others. I also reversed the bell mount because I hit the throttle in stead of the bell several tlmes!!
All and all, Swift is the best e-bike in my book.
The rear rack for my Tezeus Swift was very carefully packaged and arrived in good shape. Installation on my bike was easy. The rack is well built and seems quite sturdy. Very pleased with this addition to a great bike.
Very detailed build, this is a very high quality bike! Every thing to the unpacking is first class the only request I would have is a little more power for the slight hills I ride.
Had a pair of 75 pound folding e-bikes with a cadence sensors, hated them; they were heavy death traps.
Sold them on Market Place, and bought these.
Light weight, portability, and torque sensor were my top priorities. The swift checks all those boxes.
Carried them upstairs from the basement, and didn’t get a hernia, what a concept.

Just got the Tezeus swift and so far so good. The bike weight is a game changer and will make using it much more convenient going to different locations like parks and other cities. The torque sensor is seamless and the controls are well positioned to be operated by just your thumb. I was able to try the range on some rolling hills in a park at around 2tto3 assist level with occasional 4to5 for more severe inclines. I got a decent 25miles before I got a blinking warning - which I think is completely reasonable for a bike this light. There is an option to buy an extra battery from Tezeus which I believe u attach somewhere on the frame. Overall a great purchase if what you value kost is easy portability and your typical bike rides are 20miles or less.

Once packaging was removed, assembly was very easy since the bike is basically already assembled.
Only problem I had was with the pin that locked up on the seat post adjustment. The included key solved this problem but it was not clearly evident in the instructions that the key was for this purpose. I suggest that should be added to the little instruction booklet, indicating what those keys are for.
I have not had the opportunity to go for a ride yet.
Customer service has been very good. Every question I had was clearly answered in just a few days.
To summarize: Improvements to the manual would be very helpful especially about the what the keys are to be used for. Also the manual should indicate which operations work with which model of bike. For instance, the “walk” feature apparently does not function on all models. Also add the throttle instructions.
Finally picked up a Swift and I’m honestly obsessed. It’s super lightweight, folds down in seconds, and actually rides like a "real" bike. Perfect for tossing in the trunk or keeping in my apartment without it taking over the whole room.
Although I’ve only had the bike for a few days, I am extremely satisfied.
From the immediate dispatch on the very same day of ordering, to the reasonable delivery time from the shipping location to my country, everything was seamless.
Assembly was easy, the packaging was excellent, and for any small questions that came up while completing the setup, the support response was truly immediate, detailed, and very helpful. Honestly, this is some of the best customer support I’ve encountered after purchasing a product.
The bike has a wonderfully smooth ride, amazing brakes, and an innovative three-speed system that takes cycling to another level. It just takes a little experience and usage to get used to the automatic gear operation on all kinds of road inclines. The motor’s power is more than enough in every scenario I’ve tried, and the battery range is, of course, relative depending on rider weight and usage—but for my situation, it is very satisfying.
Overall, the on-road experience is extremely positive and encourages you to ride for many kilometers.
Finally, 5 stars again for the excellent support and the confidence it provides for anything that might come up in the future, especially considering that there is no physical store or service point in my country.

I placed my order on a Tuesday and got an estimate for delivery on Monday, which was fantastic.
I was even more surprised when the e-bike was announced to be delivered on Friday, three days earlier than expected.
Unboxing and getting everything set up was a breeze, just like the instructions said.
Installing the mudguards and getting the app running took less than half an hour.
And the first ride was even better than I imagined.
The bike feels super light, even without the motor-support. And with the motor, it feels just like riding a regular bike.
It has a great mix of torque and power, and it’s all very quiet.
Fahrrad ist toll! Akku klappert, kann man aber leicht fixen. Mitbestellter Gepäckträger ist auch nach gut drei Wochen noch nicht angekommen, Kontakt gestaltet ist schwierig.
Très bon vélo électrique, confortable et facile à utiliser. Le moteur aide juste comme il faut, pas trop fort. Je l’utilise pour aller au boulot et je gagne pas mal de temps le matin.
Gebruik het C8 elke dag om naar het werk te gaan. Rijdt echt soepel, ook als de straat wat slechter is. Opladen gaat snel en het gewicht valt goed mee, makkelijk om in de lift te nemen.

Bien après plusieurs semaines d’utilisation, je peux dire que le C8 est un vélo électrique vraiment bien conçu. La puissance du moteur est fluide et réactive, surtout dans les montées — je n’ai jamais eu l’impression qu’il peinait, même avec un sac à dos chargé. L’autonomie est également très correcte : je fais environ 80 km sur une seule charge, ce qui me suffit largement pour mes trajets quotidiens et quelques balades le week-end.
Côté pratique, l’application mobile est simple à utiliser, et le service client a été réactif quand j’ai eu besoin d’une petite assistance pour une mise à jour de firmware. Franchement, c’est un excellent rapport qualité-prix, et on sent que la marque fait attention aux détails.
